Next-Gen Hospitality Leaders (NGHL) is a 12-month, online, membership-based leadership accelerator designed to prepare Millennials and Gen Z for leadership roles in hospitality and other people-first industries.
It combines continuous leadership development, mentorship, and community support in one dynamic ecosystem —designed to build the emotional and human skills needed to lead with clarity and confidence.

How NGHL Works
Partnering with NGHL is simple and tailored to your organization’s needs. Whether you’re sponsoring a single emerging leader or launching a company-wide initiative, this 5-step journey shows how we identify top talent, onboard them, and support their growth through an ongoing leadership program.


Step 1: Selection
Companies identify their top emerging talent - Millennials and Gen Z professionals - ready to grow into leadership.
Step 2: Assessment
We conduct personal interviews to ensure each candidate aligns with NGHL’s values, mindset, and commitment to growth.
Step 3: Enrollment
Successful candidates are welcomed into the NGHL community and onboarded into our leadership accelerator experience for a minimum of 12 months.
Step 4: Development
Participants follow our signature rhythm of masterclasses, masterminds, meet-ups, growth labs and 1:2:1 mentoring sessions — building real leadership skills over time.
Step 5: Reporting

As a certified business coach, I specialize in developing and empowering Millennial and Gen Z talent through masterclasses, mastermind, coaching and networking events rooted in authenticity, collaboration, and transformation.
