NGHL combines continuous leadership development, mentorship, and community support in one dynamic ecosystem, helping participants build the emotional and human skills needed to lead with clarity, confidence, and impact.

How NGHL Works

Partnering with NGHL is simple and tailored to your organization’s needs. Whether you’re sponsoring a single emerging leader or launching a company-wide initiative, this 5-step journey shows how we identify top talent, onboard them, and support their growth through an ongoing leadership program.

Step 1: Selection

Schools or Companies identify their top emerging talent - interns and soon to be graduates - ready to take their first steps into the real-world

Step 2: Assessment

We conduct personal interviews to ensure each candidate aligns with NGHL’s values, mindset, and commitment to growth.

Step 3: Enrollment

Successful candidates are welcomed into the NGHL community and onboarded into our leadership accelerator experience for a minimum of 6 months.

Step 4: Development

Through career skills labs, masterminds, meet-ups, group coaching sessions, and optional 1:1 mentoring, participants build leadership skills, confidence, and real-world impact.

Step 5: Reporting

Progress reports, designed to support both personal, professional growth and organizational insight.
